- Rancamaya Golf Platinum Card must be presented together with ID card during check-in

- Rancamaya Golf Platinum Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions

- Rancamaya Golf Platinum Card is not replaceable and has no refundable cash value

- Platinum Card is not transferable in any way, will be voided, confiscated and or cancelled

- Reservation can be done directly through R Hotel website or by simply contacting our reservation team (0251 824 8899 or email reservation@rhotelrancamaya.com) and Whatsapp 0819 9 8248899

- Discounted room rates are taken from best available rate at R Hotel's website

- 10% Discount on the food and beverage bill at the R Hotel restaurants for up to a maximum of six (6) guests (excluding alcohol/liquor)

- Not applicable on blackout dates (e.g Eid Mubarak, Christmas and New Year's Eve etc.)

- Rancamaya Golf Platinum Card membership price is IDR. 5,000,000 (golf member) and IDR 6,000,000 (non- golf member) which must be paid in advance without installments

- The management reserves the right to change the terms of the membership from time to time without any notice

- Golf play : Maximum 1 flight for 4 players, additional flights can be accepted based on the availability of the golf course (special request).
